Terms & Conditions – Ready-to-Print Collection
1. Order Process
By placing an order through our Ready-to-Print Collection, you acknowledge that:
You are purchasing a pre-designed template, where only the written text can be customised.
No changes can be made to the layout, colors, fonts, or design elements.
After placing your order, you must complete a checkout questionnaire to provide your text details.
You will receive a digital proof via email for approval before printing.
2. Proof Approval & Revisions
Two (2) rounds of text revisions is included in your purchase. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for spelling, grammar, and accuracy.
Once you approve the proof, no further changes can be made, and we are not liable for any errors.
If changes are requested after approval, a reprinting fee will apply.
3. Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required at checkout via PayPal.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
4. Production & Turnaround Time
Proofs will be sent within 5 business days after receiving your text details.
Printing will begin only after proof approval is received.
Printing takes approximately 1-2 weeks after approval.
5. Shipping & Pickup
Shipping is not included in your purchase.
Once printing is complete, we will provide pickup options or a shipping quote upon request.
Amici Studio is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage
All designs remain the intellectual property of Amici Studio and cannot be resold, altered, or redistributed.
Your purchase grants you a one-time personal use license for the printed or digital product.
